How Long Does Order Processing Take?
Orders take 2-5 working days to be processed and packaged for shipping. This excludes weekends and holidays, so orders gotten on weekends will start to be processed on Monday morning.
When Will I Get My Order?
After processing, orders are immediately sent out. It might take 10-25 days to get your order. The time solely depends on your location and might be delayed due to weather conditions and/or incorrect or incomplete address (please include full address with zip/postal code).
What Locations Do You Ship To?
We have warehouses in major regions like USA, China and UK. We ship worldwide regardless of location.
Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes. Shipping is totally free. But we'll introduce the premium shipping service soon. This will not be free but you get your orders shipped faster.
